Jeff grew up in the small college town of Orono, Maine, spending many years traveling throughout the great State of Maine, familiarizing himself with much of the area and all that goes on.
Upon graduating from Bentley College (now Bentley University) in 2001 (BS Finance), Jeff spent three years working in Corporate Finance at IBM Corporation Headquarters, in Armonk, New York.
As an Internal Corporate Auditor with IBM, Jeff traveled around the world analyzing business models and processes providing further guidance and recommendations to IBM management on operating more efficiently and effectively. As a team member and team leader of a small specialized audit group, Jeff regularly reviewed many of the finance, accounting, and outsourced management functions including; Treasury Operations, Corporate Officer Review, Employee Benefits, and Global Financing.
Building on his strong interest in finance, accounting, and process auditing, Jeff expanded on his experience at IBM by returning to Maine and spending three years at IDEXX Laboratories in Westbrook, Maine. Jeff spent his first year in Internal Audit, assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and reporting of business processes worldwide, with responsibilities for European operations in The Netherlands.
Following the year in Corporate Finance, Jeff explored the business segments of Water, Dairy, and Production Animal Services through a financial analyst role, spending another two years in the line of business before joining Keller Williams Realty full-time as an Associate Broker.
